COMPLAINTS

Complaints for non-compliance of the product with the Sales Agreement can be submitted through the B2B panel, attaching the damage report, photos and adding a brief description of the problem or incident.

We will respond to the submitted complaint immediately, not later than 14 days. The Seller's response to the complaint is sent to the Customer's associated account email address.
