§1
Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in the Rules of the evolutionhome.pl online store. Whereby, the term Buyer means, depending on the context, a Buyer or an Internet user visiting the pages of the Store.

Pursuant to Article 20(1) of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services and pursuant to Article 173 of the Act of July 16, 2004 of Polish Telecommunications Law, Evolution Home introduces this Privacy and Cookies Policy, hereinafter referred to as the "Policy".

In order to use the services offered by Evolution Home through the Store, the Buyer must fill out the appropriate form. There it is required to provide certain personal data.
Providing personal data in the form is voluntary, but necessary for Evolution Home to provide services to the Buyer through the Store.
Any personal data that the Buyer enters in the registration form, order form or provides in correspondence with Evolution Home is processed in a manner consistent with the requirements set forth in Polish law, primarily the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

The administrator of personal data is Evolution Home. Evolution Home may entrust the processing of the collected personal data of Buyers to another entity on the basis of a contract concluded with it, pursuant to Article 31 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. In order to perform contracts concluded with Buyers through the Store, their data will be entrusted in particular to the following service providers:
(a) postal or courier services, which entities will deliver to the Buyer the goods purchased in the Store:
DHL Express (Poland) sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, 2 Osmańska Street, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 47237, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, NIP 5270022391, REGON 012005407, share capital PLN 21,892,500

The Buyer has the right to access his personal data and may verify or correct it, as well as delete it, by directing an appropriate request to Evolution Home.

Evolution Home processes the Buyers' personal data and uses it to the extent and for the purpose necessary to carry out the services offered through the Store, including the recognition of complaints.

Personal data collected by Evolution Home may be transferred to state authorities authorized under applicable laws.

Evolution Home uses technical measures required by current regulations on personal data protection to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.

The Buyer is not allowed to use the services provided through the Store anonymously or under a pseudonym.

Evolution Home may register the Buyer's IP address under which he or she will use the Store.

The Store uses cookies (so-called "cookies"), i.e. small text information stored on the Buyer's device, which can then be read by Evolution Home.
The Store uses two main types of cookies: "session" (session cookies) and "permanent" (persistent cookies). "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Buyer's device until the Buyer logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the web browser. "Permanent" cookies are stored on the Buyer's device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the Buyer.
Cookies are used for:
- adapting the content of the Store to the Buyer's preferences and optimizing the use of the Store; in particular, these files allow for the recognition of the Buyer's device and appropriate display of the website, adjusted to his individual needs;
- creating statistics which help to understand how Buyers use websites, which allows to improve their structure and content;
- maintaining the Buyer's session, thanks to which the Buyer does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each sub-page of the Website;
- detecting abuse of authentication in the Store;
- marketing.

Evolution Home also informs Buyers that it is possible to configure the Internet browser in such a way that cookies cannot be stored on the Buyer's device.
Evolution Home also indicates that cookies can be deleted by the Buyer after they are stored by Evolution Home, through: appropriate browser functions, programs designed for this purpose, or by using the appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the Buyer.

Evolution Home also informs Buyers that changing the configuration of the Internet browser that prevents or restricts the storage of cookies on the Buyer's device may result in limitations to the functionality of the services provided. Deleting cookies in the course of providing the service may lead to similar consequences. This may result in an inability to log into the Store or an interruption of the session after logging in.

Cookies placed on the Buyer's device may also be used by third parties cooperating with Evolution Home.

The Seller also uses a tracking code, based on cookie technology, to study Buyer activity on the Store website and record individual Buyer sessions in order to analyze Buyer behavior in the Store and create a behavior map, which allows us to learn how Buyers use the Store, identify problems with the use of the Store. This service is provided by:

The anonymized IP address sent by the user's browser as part of the Google Analytics service is not combined with other Google data. The user can avoid the transmission of the data generated by the cookie relating to his/her use of the website (including the IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following address: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=pl .
